Manali Roller Flour Mills established in June, 1997 is the first roller flour mill of the valley. We produce Atta, Maida, Suji and Choker (cattle feed) under brand name "Mahadev".

Production includes two basic processes, cleaning and milling. Cleaning of wheat is a 30 hour long process. Once cleaned, the wheat is moisturized and dried. The wheat is thus ready for grinding. The next process is milling, which segregates atta, maida and choker.

These processes are carried on in specialized machinery with capacity of producing 90-120 tonnes per day. Our products are directly supplied to retailers & wholesalers in Kullu, Lahaul-Spiti & Kinnaur districts.
